After performing a Pre-Campaign Assessment and reviewing the best practices of other similar local and national non-profit organizations, we recommended that they embark on a $10 million capital and endowment campaign. The client originally envisioned a smaller initiative but we helped them to raise their expectations based on our research and the tools we could provide. The agency created new mission and vision statements and is implementing the campaign, which is focused on the relocation and expansion of its main facility. They bought an historic school building which they are transforming to accommodate their new clients and programs. They are following green building practices as they renovate in order to have an energy efficient, environmentally friendly facility.
