ESTHER R. WIESNER, Consultant, brings years of experience in strategic planning, leadership development, and grant writing, skills which come into play with each client project. Prior to joining EHL Consulting, she spent a decade  in the field of community economic development in the Philadelphia region. She uses her knowledge to benefit the wider world of non-profits. Esther has guided numerous social service clients and faith-based organizations in developing compelling cases for support and helping them to gain access to major philanthropic groups and individuals. She is an expert at translating a client’s technical operations into compelling and easy-to-understand “selling propositions” for a wide audience.
