STEPHEN G. DONSHIK, Consultants, Ltd., provides services that strengthen non-profit organizations and especially volunteer leadership. He has served many prominent non-profits in the U.S. and in Israel for more than 40 years, including as the executive director of a large family service agency in Connecticut and as a faculty member at Yeshiva University’s School of Social Work. In Israel, he has directed both the Israel Office of the Council of Jewish Federations and the Israel Office of the UJA-Federation of New York. A faculty member at The Hebrew University, Steve is a frequent contributor to several professional and other important periodicals.
