ROBERT I. EVANS, Managing Director, established The
EHL Consulting Group in 1991 after 20 years' experience conducting fundraising campaigns
in major metropolitan areas nationwide. During that time, Mr. Evans developed an
extensive and valued network of relationships among corporate leaders and philanthropic
individuals across the country.
Regarded as an authority on campaign strategy, Mr. Evans is known for inventive
campaign plans that have enabled clients to reach development goals even in the
most challenging circumstances.
Mr. Evans serves as a Board member of the American Association of Fundraising Counsel,
belongs to several professional organizations, and is frequently published and quoted
in professional journals.

AVRUM D. LAPIN, Director, joined The EHL Consulting
Group in 1992. His fundraising expertise and 20 years of experience in campaign
and leadership development are invaluable assets to successful initiatives. Often
praised by clients for his high energy and attention to detail, Mr. Lapin thoroughly
enjoys immersing himself in client organizations for the duration of their campaign,
helping them meet their goals.
Mr. Lapin is often called upon to speak to business and professional groups on resource
and leadership development issues, and his articles have appeared in a variety of
professional journals. A community activist, Mr. Lapin is a member of the board
of directors of several Philadelphia area organizations. He is also a member of
the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

KAREN MOSES KAMENS, Director of Special Projects, has
a broad range of professional experiences within several nonprofit educational,
research, and community health organizations over the past 20 years. A graduate
of Emory University, she has also served in various volunteer and leadership positions
for the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Ms. Kamens currently serves on
the Board of the Women’s Philanthropy at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.

NANCY MARIANI, Office Manager, brings a highly motivated spirit and vast
professional experience in administrative support and customer service to our team. In her
previous roles, she had been responsible for office management, inside sales, and credit and
collections. With over 10 years experience using Electronic Data Interchange, as well as other
resources, she has developed a strong technological background. Nancy’s superb sense of
professionalism and an ability to build key relationships with clients and vendors make her
an important asset to the resources at EHL Consulting.
ROBERT H. ISAACS, Senior Consultant and Chief Financial Officer, brings extensive
experience in the areas of finance, business and operations in the non-profit sector to the firm. Prior to joining
The EHL Consulting Group, Mr. Isaacs spent 17 years as executive directors of various prestigious Jewish congregations,
where his responsibilities included finance, business, strategic and long range planning as well as annual, capital and
endowment campaigning. Previously, he held senior management positions with community centers and higher education.
Mr. Isaacs has been a frequent and sought-after presenter at national conventions, focusing especially on contemporary
approaches impacting on and relating to fundraising, budget management, working with outside contractors, building staff
teams, and ethics in the workplace.
ESTHER R. WIESNER, Consultant, has more than 10
years of experience in community development and nonprofit management. She has held
senior positions in small and midsize fundraising organizations and has managed
special projects, including those requiring primary research and strategic planning.
Most recently, Esther was a senior development officer with a prominent not-for-profit
business improvement agency where she identified and helped to secure large commitments
from corporate, community and foundation sources.

MEREDITH BROOKS, Director of Client Services, has
worked as a Consultant for EHL Consulting since she joined our team in 2007, participating
in the development and implementation of various fund development and organizational
management projects. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she
majored in Psychology. She has participated actively in a variety of prominent organizations,
devoting much of her time to major fundraising initiatives that support both cancer
research and early childhood education.
STEPHEN G. DONSHIK, Consultants, Ltd. Provides services that strengthen non-profit organizations
and especially volunteer leadership. He has served many prominent non-profits in
the U.S. and in Israel for more than 40 years, including as the executive director
of a large family service agency in Connecticut and as a faculty member at Yeshiva
University’s School of Social Work. In Israel, he has directed both the Israel Office
of the Council of Jewish Federations and the Israel Office of the UJA-Federation
of New York. A faculty member at The Hebrew University, Steve is a frequent contributor
to several professional and other important periodicals.
