Pre-Campaign Assessment (PCA)
The Pre-Campaign Assessment (PCA) provides a thorough analysis of an organization’s capabilities to launch a significant fundraising effort, an essential first step to any significant fundraising program. It identifies a nonprofit’s strengths and weaknesses, examines the prospective pool of prospective donors, especially at the level of lead and major donors, and enables us to recommend strategies to make an organization campaign-ready.
Through interviews with past and present board members, existing leading donors, prospective donors, opinion leaders and key professionals, EHL Consulting helps define each organization’s capabilities and frames realistic goals.
Visioning Process: Where Do You Want to Go and How Will You Get There?
The Visioning Process is a formal exercise facilitated by members of our firm. It enables leadership to examine and evaluate the priorities, goals and objectives of an organization for the next 5-10 years and answer several strategic questions:
- How will the organization be different in the next 5-10 years?
- Where does the organization want to be programmatically in the next 5 years?
- What will success look like for the organization within the next 5-10 years?
Campaign Operational Impact Analysis (COIA)
