Our Pre-Campaign Assessment (PCA) provides a thorough analysis of an organization’s capability to launch a significant fundraising effort. The Assessment is an essential first step. It identifies a nonprofit’s strengths and weaknesses, examines the prospective fundraising base and recommends strategies to make an organization campaign-ready.
Through interviews with board members, leading donors, prospective donors, opinion leaders and key staff members, EHL Consulting validates each organization’s needs and sets realistic goals. Visioning Process — Where Do You Want to Go and How Will You Get There?
The Visioning Process is a formal exercise, facilitated by members of our firm. It enables the leadership to examine and evaluate the priorities, goals and objectives of the organization for the next 5-10 years and answer the following strategic questions:

Campaign Management and Implementation — A Seamless Transition.
Based on the PCA recommendations and other factors, The EHL Consulting Group guides an organization through a seamless transition to the formal campaign. EHL Consulting provides the following services encompassing the design, implementation, and coordination of an effective fundraising campaign:
